PENGARUH PEMBERIAN INSENTIF TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA HOTEL GOLDEN BAY BATAM

Abstract

This research is motivated by the provision of very important incentives to pay attention to, because this is related to the work results of employees in doing their jobs. The purpose of this study was to find out how to provide incentives to employees at Hotel Golden Bay Batam, to find out how much influence the provision of incentives had on improving work performance at Hotel Golden Bay Batam. The hypothesis of this research is that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance at the Golden Bay Hotel Batam. This study uses a quantitative method with a population sampling technique of all 41 employees of Golden Bay Hotel Batam with data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis test, Pearson correlation test, partial test (t test) and coefficient of determination test. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the R Squere value is 0.723. This shows that overall the provision of incentives has a significant effect on employee performance by 72.3%. While the remaining 27.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
