Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of sales marketing in increasing sales volume at The Monde City Batam Apartment and to find out what obstacles are encountered in the field. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of sales marketing in increasing sales volume at The Monde City Batam Apartment is very good (effective) this can be proven by the achievement of apartment sales goals of around 90%, clarity of marketing strategy has been going well, process analysis and policy formulation a steady state also runs in accordance with the provisions, careful planning can minimize unwanted things in the future, the preparation of the right program can increase customer interest in buying The Monde City Batam Apartment, the availability of work facilities and infrastructure can support the performance of the sales marketing team so that can work even better, effective and efficient implementation can be created if all components are well coordinated, an educational monitoring and control system can be an alarm for the sales marketing team so that they can continue to be productive sales.
