The purpose of this research is to determine the accounting system for room sales and financial reports at The Golden Bay Hotel Batam. The population in this research is all employees at The Golden Bay Hotel Batam. The sampling technique in this research is Purposive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative research. The analysis tool used is attribute sampling. The results of this research show that the Room Sales Accounting System and Financial Reports at The Golden Bay Hotel Batam based on the tests that have been carried out can be concluded that implementation has been effective.
