PENGARUH PROSES PENILAIAN KERJA, PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN SPESIFIKASI KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI PEGAWAI DI PERUSAHAAN OIL & GAS BATAM

The advancement of technology demands the development of human resources to be better. The presence of quality human resources is highly needed by organizations, both government and private. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the performance appraisal process, career development, and job specification on work motivation. This research is a descriptive study with a correlation study design. The population in this study was 55 people, and 5 people were used as respondents for interviews. The research data source was obtained through questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, the variables of Performance Appraisal Process (X1), career development (X2), and job specification (X3) have a significant effect on work motivation (Y).
