Abstract

The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation: Y = 1.1216 + 0.496X1 + 0.203X2, meaning that the work productivity of production employees is influenced by Motivation and Work Environment. The results of the regression analysis also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.669, this means that 66.9% of the work productivity variable of PT production employees. Sat Nusapersada Tbk is influenced by motivation and work environment variables. The remaining 33.1% is explained by other variables, for example education level, discipline, income level, management and others. The conclusions are: 1) Motivation and work environment together have a positive effect on the work productivity of production employees. This is evident from the results of the F test which obtained an Fcount of 74.915, accepted at a significance level of 5%; 2) Motivation has a positive effect on the work productivity of production employees. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained tcount X1 = 6.073 which was accepted at a significance level of 5%; 3) The work environment has a positive effect on the work productivity of production employees. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained tcount X2 = 2.897 which was accepted at a significance level of 5%; 4) Motivation has a greater (dominant) influence on the work productivity of production employees. This is proven by the results of the t test which obtained tcount X1 which was greater than tcount X2, namely 6.073 > 2.897.
