PENGARUH INFLASI DAN SUKU BUNGA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI INDONESIA TAHUN 2019-2024

This study aims to analyze the impact of inflation and interest rates on Indonesia's economic growth from 2019 to 2024. The research methodology involves multiple linear regression analysis, including normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, and coefficient of determination R² testing. The analysis results indicate that both inflation and interest rates significantly affect economic growth. The t-test for inflation yielded a t-value of 4.440, greater than the t-table value of 3.18245, while the t-value for interest rates is 6.246, also exceeding the t-table value of 3.18245, demonstrating significant effects of both variables. The F-test shows a significance value of 0.001, which is less than 0.05, indicating that the regression model as a whole is significant. The R² coefficient of 0.493 suggests that inflation and interest rates can explain 49.3% of the variation in economic growth. In conclusion, both inflation and interest rates significantly impact Indonesia's economic growth, making the proper management of these variables crucial for achieving stable and sustainable economic growth
