EFEK DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BAKRI KARYA SARANA DI BATAM TAHUN 2020

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the background of a climate of increasingly fierce business competition, plus demands for improving the quality of human resources. The purpose of this study is to find out and at the same time analyze the effects of employee work discipline on employee performance at PT Bakri Karya Sarana Batam. The research method used is a quantitative research method. For data collection is done by providing questionnaires to 57 respondents, using the Slovin formula to determine the number of research samples. In this study, data analysis techniques use various statistical tests, namely validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions, simple linear regression analysis tests with the help of SPSS program software. Based on the results of the calculation of the statistical of linear regression, it is proven that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
