PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN DI PT. PCI ELEKTRONIK INTERNASIONAL

Abstract

All organizations or companies must have standards of behavior that must be carried out in relation to work, both written and unwritten. The company wants employees to comply with these standards of behavior in an effort to improve employee performance. PT. International Electronic PCI is required to be able to take advantage of "opportunities" in transacting in the commodity and derivative markets in the country. Therefore, resources with the best competence, high discipline are needed. Operational variables are work discipline, motivation, competence and productivity. The research results obtained that there is an influence between discipline on work productivity, there is a positive and significant influence of discipline on employee work productivity. There is an influence between work motivation and work productivity. There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee work productivity. The discipline variable is more dominant in influencing work productivity. Among the two variables studied, all of them have a significant effect. Competence has a positive effect on the work productivity of PT. International Electronic PCI, which is 48.71%, which is included in the medium category which is between 0.40-0.599.
