PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. TRISULA ADIJAYA BATAM TAHUN 2022

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction (X1), work motivation (X2) and organizational commitment (X3) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Trisula Adijaya Batam. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 67 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test using the help of a computer program, namely SPSS. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a t-count value of 2.731 > t-table 1.999 and a significance value of 0.009 <0.05 then H1 is accepted. Motivation (X2) has a t count of 5.022 > t table of 1.999 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then H2 is accepted. And organizational commitment (X3) has no effect t count 1.469 < t table 1.999 and a significance value of 0.148 > 0.05 then H3 is rejected. With the results of the simultaneous test showing that satisfaction (X1), motivation (X2) and organizational commitment (X3) all variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. Trisula Adijaya Batam, f value is 0.000 < 0.05 and Ftable 11.005 > 2.748. It can be concluded that job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment Ha is accepted and HO is rejected, meaning that it has simultaneous similarities to the performance of employees at PT Trisula Adijaya Batam.
