Abstract

This study aims to answer questions about how the system and analysis of recruitment and employee training at PT Enerco RPO Internasional and analyze the implications of the recruitment and training system on increasing employee competence at PT Enerco RPO Internasional. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. The data collection technique is through informant interviews and documentation. This study uses qualitative data analysis while in the field of the tringulation test model, which uses the technique of checking the validity of the data by comparing the results of interviews with the object of study, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the Recruitment System in the company is quite good because it uses complete sources and methods, namely internal and external. Recruitment and job training are carried out with a good and correct process in accordance with the procedures made by the Company. The recruitment and job training system has implications for employee competence.
