Abstract

In this study, it will be more directed at the motivation and work environment of how employees (security) get a sense of security, comfort, peace and satisfaction in completing tasks in their workspace. PT. Pegatron Tecnology Indonesia is a company engaged in electronics manufacturing where in its production activities it requires a large number of employees so that employee productivity is the most important factor in achieving the company's planned goals and winning the competition. In increasing employee productivity, motivation plays an important role.
