Abstract

Analysis of Measuring the Effectiveness of Recruitment Services During the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Perspective of Customer Satisfaction and Interests at PT. Trimitra Indo Jaya in Jakarta is a research on recruitment systems and training in companies. This study aims to answer questions about how the system, recruitment analysis, and employee training work at PT Trimitra Indo Jaya Jakarta. As well as analyzing the implications of the recruitment and training system for increasing employee competency at PT Trimitra Indo Jaya Jakarta. The recruitment system by prioritizing good job training has implications for the performance and quality of employees produced and delegated to customers.
