PENGARUH PENEMPATAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP LOYALITAS PEGAWAI PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI BANK INDONESIA PROVINSI KEPULAUAN RIAU TAHUN 2021

The research aims to determine the influences of training, placement, competence and career development on employee loyalty in Pandemic Covid-12 at Bank Indonesia Riau Islands Province 2021. This research used questioner distribution method to 46 employees working in Bank Indonesia Riau Islands Province. From the results of multiple regression, show that (1) Placement have a significant influence on employee loyalty seen from the t test > t table (3,781 > 2,0181) and significant value 0.000 < 0.05, (2) career development has a significant influence on employee loyalty seen from the value of t test > t table (9,775 > 2.0181) and significant value 0,000 < 0,05, (3) Simultaneously or together placement and career development have a significant influence on employee loyalty, shown from result of F test > F table (114,441> 2,60) and significant value 0,000 <0,05.
