PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA, PENGETAHUAN, KEMAMPUAN, DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL GOLDEN VIEW BATAM

The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence work experience, knowledge, ability and motivation have on employee performance at Golden View Hotel Batam. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, the sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique with a sample of 83 respondents from the Golden View Hotel Batam employees. Data collection was carried out by interviews and questionnaires using multiple linear regression consisting of t test, F test and the coefficient of determination R2, using the help of a computer program, namely SPSS Version. 22. The results show that partially work experience, knowledge, ability, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Hotel GoldenView Batam simultaneously.
