ANALISIS PERAN ROOM ATTENDANT DALAM MELAKSANAKAN KEBERSIHAN KAMAR TERHADAP PELAYANAN DI HOTEL FORMOSA BATAM

This study aims to analyze the role of Room Attendant in maintaining room cleanliness and its relationship with service quality at Hotel Formosa Batam. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that the role of Room Attendant is very important in maintaining room cleanliness standards, but there are still challenges related to work efficiency due to employee age and limited cleaning tools. However, room cleanliness is considered good by hotel guests, although the aspect of time efficiency in providing rooms still needs to be improved. This study suggests improving training and the use of modern technology to support optimal Room Attendant performance.
