PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN PRESTASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI SEKOLAH RAUDHATUL ATHFAL NURSYARIF KOTA BATAM

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and job performance on employee performance at Raudhatul Athfal Syarif School Batam City. The research method used is quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results showed that the results of data analysis that has been done show that the variables of work environment (X1) and work performance (X2) at Raudhatul Alfha Nursyarif School have a significant influence together on employee performance (Y). This can be seen from the multiple linear regression analysis through the F test, where the Fcount value is recorded at 5.213, while the Ftable is 3.26 with a significance level of 0.010. Thus, the Fcount of 5.213 is greater than 3.26 and the significance level of 0.010 is smaller than 0.05. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the work environment and work performance have an important role in improving employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the school improve the work environment by developing a positive organizational culture, improving work facilities and communication. In addition, it is necessary to develop training and development programs to improve work performance and develop employee abilities.
