Abstract

This research entitled by professional employees performance of PT Bakri Karya Sarana allegedly influenced by training and work discipline which it can impact for increasing and decreasing of the company employees performance. This research aim to know and analyze the influence of training and work discipline on employees performance of PT Bakri Karya Sarana Batam. Quantitative research methods, data collection through the distribution of questionaries and research sample of 57 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliabilty test, clasical assumption test, person correlation test, simultaneously hypothesis test and coefficient determination, assisted IBM SPSS version 25 software. Based on results of double linear regression statistic calculation, it has proven that training and work discipline positively, significant and simultaneus affect to the employees performance. The value results of Sig. Count 0,00 < α = 0,05. The value results of F-count 17,741 > F-table 3,17 with a significant value level 0,000 < α = 0,05.
