Abstract

The Language Development Center (P2B) of UIN Suska Riau is one of the language development institutions located at the Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University. The Language Development Center (P2B) itself is a place where UIN SUSKA RIAU students carry out non-major Arabic and English lecture activities. The Language Development Center (P2B) has various employees or workers from both Civil Servants (PNS) and those who are not PNS or honorary. Based on the results of surveys/interviews with employees or workers with non-PNS or honorary status, it was explained that the honorarium system is carried out in the form of payment of honorariums in activities or events according to a decree (SK) that has been stipulated. The research method used is a qualitative method that produces and processes descriptive data. The results of the study obtained that the amount of rights and honor received was in accordance with the decree in force according to the decree stipulated.
