Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in improving employee performance at PT. Vios Tirta Permata, using a qualitative approach and SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The primary focus of the research is on how the flexibility of Human Resource Management policies can help the company address regulatory uncertainties and the dynamic labor market. The analysis results show that Human Resource Management strengths, such as employee competency development and an adaptive work environment, are crucial factors in boosting productivity. However, internal weaknesses, such as the lack of continuous training infrastructure, need to be addressed. Additionally, opportunities from market trends that support innovation provide positive momentum for the company, although threats from regulatory changes and economic uncertainties must be anticipated with flexible and responsive Human Resource Management policies. The main recommendation from this study is to enhance the flexibility of Human Resource Management policies to mitigate external risks and drive better performance.
